As a Social Initiative Special Employment Center, we offer professional telephone assistance and customer management services for companies and organizations, combining:

It also promotes a fairer, more inclusive, and participatory society.
Call center, appointment scheduling and modification, call forwarding, email handling, call notifications, quality surveys, and personalized customer service.
Organization and management of events such as the Emakumeen Martxa de Leioa: registrations, T-shirts, lunch, distribution and coordination of activities in collaboration with local entities.
Pioneering service to reduce the digital divide. We help residents of Leioa carry out online procedures and improve their digital skills.
We contact company clients to invite them to presentations, fairs or corporate events. We handle calls, confirm attendance and ensure close and effective communication on behalf of the company.
We collaborate with public entities such as the Leioa City Council, promoting accessible services and community inclusion.
We also collaborate with entities such as the Red Cross on accessibility projects, such as the adapted bathing service, promoting real inclusion and participation.
